Copenhagen 26/8 2017. 50 cl bottle from Den Gamle Købmand, Skt. Annæ Plads, Kbh. K. A lot of sunshine on the label together with the name of the beer in different font sizes.
Pours hazy amber with big dense white head. Settles as thin patchy layer of foam.
Aroma is herbal and lightly smoky. Anis, licorice, smoke and coffee.
Medium strong carbonation and medium thick texture.
Flavor is quite sweet followed by medium bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter and lightly smoky.
Not a prominently smoky beer. A bit too herbal for my taste buds.
