Amber-colored Christmas ale with the lovely Christmas candy in mind. The beer is a Belgian-inspired top-fermented ale, which with its richness, flavor and body, gives a delicious kick to the sweet candy. Brewed with spices such as ginger, orange and cinnamon.

Copenhagen 30/12 2025. 50 cl bottle from DrinksShoppen, Rødovre Centrum, Rødovre. Burgundy label with Christmas paraphernalia in gold and red.
Pours opaque murky mahogany with a red hue. Small off-white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sugary sweet, malty odor mingling with sweet spice and a bit of alcohol. Brown sugar and toffee. Raisins and plums. Cinnamon in abundance. Sweet liqueur.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, slightly viscous, almost flat texture.
Flavor is rather intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitteness. Aftertaste is sweet with healthy dose of Christmas spice. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry with a touch of alcohol.
Christmas brew which accentuates Christmas by a healthy dose of sweet spice.
