Organic Wheat Beer at 5.2%. The beer is top-fermented with a beautiful golden color, with a massive white foam on top. Because the foundation is wheat, the beer has a very fruity aroma and a taste with notes of orange and citrus. To emphasize the fruity aspect, a little organic orange juice has been added.

Copenhagen 7/7 2018. 50 cl bottle brought as gift by my In-laws. The usual Klostebryggeri design in gold and yellow. Resembles a Schoolbook trying to teach me the German language.
Pours hazy golden yellow with medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam trying to crawl up the side of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fresh and lemonade-like. Banana, white sugar and light fermentation. Sourish notes.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, lightly prickly texture. A little bit sticky.
Flavor is medium sweet. Followed by slightly weaker sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with light bitter notes. Lingering.
Middle of the road Wheat beer. Sweet and lemonade-ish.
