Brown ale at 7%. Added cranberries and oats. This gives this dark and slightly bitter beer a pleasant sweetness and richness.

Copenhagen 3/8 2018. 50 cl bottle that's part of a Gift box brought by my in-laws. The usual Kloster Brew House design in blue. A very long tale about the Monk Oluf Kviter on the back of the label.
Pours opaque dark brown with a big off-white head. Settles as a thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass.
Aroma is dark, sweet and strong. Brown sugar, licorice, caramel and alcohol. Very light smoky notes.
Modest carbonation. Slightly thick, soft texture. Sticky.
Flavor is heavy sweet. Only very moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet. Lingering.
A very very sweet slightly boozy brew. Too sweet for my taste buds.
