Beer is black with a mininal tan head- almost none. What is there is gone quickly.
Nose contains lemon and yogurty tartness. A slight roasted malt smell.
Taste is quite tart, with a lacto-yogurt flavour. Lemon and a touch of roasted malt.
Medium bodied, strongly carbonated. Tart and tingly.
Overall, pretty good, but only for awhile. The lemony tartness gets tiring.

On tap at Bar Volo. Dark brown with no head. Really better drinkability after another beer. Lighter mouthfeel, like a cask. A little cherry and cocoa cola, with a sugary malt behind it. Interesting, though not the best Berliner I have had. Good taste at this low abv.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
