Pours a clear, gold color. 1/4 inch head of a white color. Decent retention and good lacing. Smells of strong pepper (fresh), pale malt, hint of alcohol, and a hint of hop. Fits the style of a Chile Beer. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. There is also a heat from the peppers that is a nice addition. Tastes of strong fresh pepper, pale malt, hint of alcohol, and a hint of hops. Overall, simple but the pepper is fresh, well-balance, and just the right amount of heat.
