On tap at Oggi's Carmel Mountain. This is a recipe created by the brewer here.
A: Pellucid yellow gold with a finger of white foam. Lots of lacing.
S: Biscuit and bready malt with a touch of earth. Hops are nearly undetectable. Light caramel.
T: Toasted bread and biscuit with a little caramel. Low bitterness. I was expecting a Spanish Pale Ale but this is decidedly English.
M: Lower medium in body with moderate carbonation.
Overall: This seems to be an English leaning pale ale. Pretty bland. I wouldn't care to ever have it again. Adios.
