"A light crisp American Lager made with Nobel Hops, Subtle malts and Rice for a traditional light beer character"
Poured a very clear, very pale yellow with no head.
Light American Lager aromas with sweet malt and a little biscuit in the aroma.
Extra sweet malt flavors probably because of the addition of rice. Tingly carbonation reflects a little hop bitterness.
Hop bitterness leaves too quickly leaving a slightly sticky sweet aftertaste.

This is a very pale lager, pouring a very pale yellow with a thin white head. There was a distinct citrus nose that covered the other beer aromas. The beer tasted flowery and sweet to me, but as the glass warmed and the flavor increased it became a strong grapefruit taste that had a very bitter finish. My overall sense of the beer's style was of a sweet wheat beer. Mouthfeel is a bit thin and watery, but with a smooth side when warm.
