On tap at the brewery. Pours a golden amber color with very little head. Aroma has plenty of rum notes, caramel and vanilla and booze and sugary summer fruit. Flavor is interesting but flawed. It starts off very intriguing with big rum notes and strong esters -- like rum soaked fruit salad or something. After that it falls apart. The finish is super thin and watery. It’s basically like making a banana juice and rum cocktail, drinking it, and then the ice melts and the residual stuff dilutes and becomes this beer. a nice attempt though.
