2019 variant on-tap in Boise; black body, brown edges, simple tan lacing. Sweet, roasty nose, but leads with a fruitiness...I think thats the wine barrel, red grapes and juice are very apparent and integrated well, smooth, with notes of chocolate, minor impressions of roast, smoke, oak...no booze, medium body. Surprising!

2019 vintage at Copenross. Black pour with a bubbly beige head, some lacing. Roasty aroma, sweet, woody. Light bourbon notes in the taste, sweet, chocolaty, roasty, coffee, warm. Really good all around.
