A clear burnt gold liquid, really good head and lacing. Very pretty.
Nose is delicious and lush. Caramel malt is fuzed to tropical hops. Grapefruit skin.
Taste has a great malt core. Lush hops start off flowing from the caramel malt to tropical fruits ending is a grapefruit skinned bitterness that blooms and creates a super dry finish.
Feel is superbly creamy light and supple. Quenching and refreshing.
This is a medal worthy beer, incredibly but delicately hopped with sophistication, but not over the top. Complexly nuanced but easily enjoyed by all. Easy drinking and quite sessionable in spite of the slightly elevated abv. Constructed with skill and deft artfulness. My new favorite go to hoppy ale.
