Another orange gold pale ale. Asizeable head that leaves copious lacing and stays a while. Nose is quite fragrant and hoppy. Caramel malt body offers a copious amount of herbal and citrus hop fragrances. Tase is a sturdy caramel malt body with tons of grapefruit followed by a pronounced medicinal finish. Super dry and puckering. Crips feel and easy to drink if you are looking for a hop oil barrage as it leave quite a bit on the tongue. This one really shows the power of the centennial hop variety and probably needs a bigger malt structure to balance it's considerable impact. That said, I still like it, just give me some good cheese and away we go.
