12 ounce can with no date. Pours a hat gold color with a soapy white head that fades quickly. Smell is citrus. Grapefruit, lemon, tangerine. Taste follows the nose and I'm also getting hops and pine in the middle. Good carbonation with a light mouthfeel. Finishes dry. This was quite good. Yonkers Brewing Co. is slowly becoming a favorite of mine here in NY.

L: A golden orange hue with about a finger of white head. Dissiptes rather quickly leaving a ring of off white head. Plenty of lacing.
S: Citrus, mango, orange.
T: Mango, orange, grapefruit. Mild bitter finish.
F: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Almost ten months old, but it held up quite well. A really fine pale ale.

A 355ml bottle named 'Yonkers Shower Time Pale Ale' with the ABV stated as 5.7%. Brought from Whole Foods on my trip to NYC, wrapped and packed in my bag home for my home collection. It pours a cloudy pale yellow with off-white foamy head. Aromas of citrus, peach, pine & grapefruit. Tastes of citrus, peach, pine, grapefruit, mango & apricot. It has a sweet medium body with a crisp medium hopped bitter finish.

On tap Roof at Whole Foods Brooklyn 5/18/16. I saw this listed as a "pale ale" on the menu; it could easily pass as an IPA and at 6.4% and with the full body and great upfront hops presence that might be the correct style. I enjoyed this beer immensely and can't wait to try it again.

This beer has me taking to myself. Slightly cloudy with a mild head and lacing. A good looking beer to be sure but outs the nose that blows you away. Tropical fruits, sweet malt, pine and in a combination that causes major salivation. Taste follows suit with clean malt backbone and broad flavorful hop showcase. Pineapple, guava, citrus grove. I sip and mutter about how good this is. Clean hop finish that leaves a touch of grapefruit. Smooth crisp feel with great drinkability. This is a medal worthy beer and a great thirst quencher. I could drink this all the time.
