This is a super NEIPA. Somewhat cloudy with a tall head and good retention and lacing. Some sediment or other forms of stuff floating around. Tight clean and pure white head. A deep straw gold, low evident carbonation.
Nose is stanky and lush with tropical fruit. Malt body is pale pilsner, lightly toasted grains and bready. Light notes of honey with a melding of mango and pineapple. A juicy melon component. A bit of pepper and light sweet alcohol.
Taste is so well balanced. Following in the pattern of the nose is a barrage tropicals. Pineapple, mango, guava and more. Piney hops that are so chewy and delicious as to make the citrus variants unnecessary. A honey sweetness with a light malt bread component that stands up like a French baguette. Clean finish has lots of hop crispness with a dryness that leaves the mouth with a touch of astringency and hop oil. Alcohol is nowhere to be found.
Feel is crisp and velvety in its carbonation. It it much lighter in weight than an eight percent brew should be. You can session this one into the danger zone. It drinks like a low abv brew and has the flavor of a heavyweight, so your tongue is seduced, and made willing conspirator in the over consumption of a delicious and delightful brew.
This is a great member of the new IPA crew. Love it gents, keep em coming.

Dry hopped, featuring Amarillo, Azacca, and Mosaic hops... Fruity and dank indeed, with a faint dusting of sweetness, this medium-light-bodied brew leaves a light coat of shellac on the palate... Smooth and easy-drinking... 9/1/17 canning...

-hazy deep golden tap pour with a delicate foam top. Aroma is lightly tinged with resin. The flavor is full cracker-like and clean malt first and slightly lemon hop note. This is not heavily hopped , but it is well-balanced and the double IPA character is not apparent, -very easy to drink!
