Mouthfeel was more watery than I would have liked but overall the flavor was super nice.

From the can, it pours a clear caramel and amber color. A thumbnail size foam head holds up well.
The nose highlights the amber malts. It evokes toasty and biscuity malts along with a caramel and honey sweetness. There is a gentle touch of fruity/floral and woodsy hops aromas.
Sweet and smooth with lots of doughy malt character. Notes of caramel, toffee, biscuit, honey and toasted malt. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Flavors of woodsy and earthy hops add just the right amount of gentle bitterness for balance. The finish is dry and crisp with some lingering hops flavors.
Nice Vienna Lager overall that represents the style well. I would have again.

Canned in October and drinking in February, so not fresh but it definitely shouldnt be expired. Nevertheless, I wanted to give it a go. Poured into a shaker pint.
L: 3.5 Hazy amber with plentiful carbonation. Thin white head. I'm guessing there would be more clarity closer to the canning date.
S: 3.25 sweet caramel. A Metallicy-floral scent that again is likely due to its age, but not off putting.
T: 3.5 Brighter than I expected. Toffee. Citrusy, maybe lemongrass. The caramel and maltiness is a backdrop.
F 3.5 About average. Not thin, but definitely not oily.
O: 3.5 I need to try it fresher to develop a stronger opinion.

Served on tap in a shanty pint-style glass at the Yonkers Brewing Co., Yonkers, NY.
A: Pours a slight hazy, dark golden with a one finger, white head, fairly brief lived retention, but solid lacing.
S: Aromas of golden delicious apples, pear and light honey.
T: Fairly dry. Palate follows the nose for the most part with bitterness nicely integrated. Slightly astringent at the end.
M: Medium carbonation with low to moderate carbonation.
O: Interest and a bit fruitier than the other Vienna Lagers I have tried. I would have it again.

Copper pour. No date on 12 ounce can. Nose is bready, malty, caramel. Taste follows the nose with slight bitterness on the finish. Getting some spicy notes, too. Mouthfeel is medium and finishes semi dry. A very average Vienna Lager, and for $11.99 a six pack, I won't be purchasing again.
