A Belgian style wheat beer made with pear juice. This straw colored, refreshing brew has notes of cloves and banana that balance with slightly tart and fruity finish of pears.

On-tap at Bronx Ale House, Bronx, NY
A: The beer is hazy light pale yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a thin layer of white bubbles covering the surface; these gradually died down and left a few bubbles and a thin collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Faint aromas of pears are noticeable in the nose.
T: Like the smell, the taste has subtle flavors of pears along with notes of wheat. Slight hints of spices are detectable towards the finish.
M: It feels light to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and the pear aromas and flavors prevent it from being bland. This would make a good introduction to a local craft beer for someone who is used to drinking Blue Moon witbier.
