A Pint can (11/26/18) needed a strong pour to reach a finger of off-white fizzy foam with average retention and spotty lacing. Murky semi-opaque, the color of old pineapple juice (New England Style).
Mosaic hop flavors greet the nose, bright herbal, citrus and pine with faint tropical fruit.
The taste is semi-dry and averagely bitter throughout the taste profile. The hops begin the taste with citrus juice and faint cherries. The middle is malty rich and smooth with some fruit and grass. The finish is smooth and quick but not so clean; pale malt, citrus fruit, spice, and the multiple hop flavors linger a while.
Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Fruity and malty smoothness. Alcohol is well hidden.
Not my 1st Mosaic single hopped beer but my favorite so far. Lots of hop flavors, the name Mosaic fits perfectly.
