A 330ml can with a BB of March 2019. Acquired recently from a webshop. Described on the label as a pale ale hopped with Mosaic. Named after a local word for regular drinking....
A: Poured into a tulip. Can-conditioned. A rich orange-amber hue with fine suspended sediment and intense carbonation. Yields a large head of creamy white foam with good retention; this slowly reduces to a persistent surface layer.
S: Aroma of bountiful fruity hops with hints of mango, tropical fruit, stone fruit, white grape, melon, mild citrus, ale yeast, subtle earthiness and vague caramel malt. Lovely.
T: Tastes of intensely fruity aromatic hops with notes of tropical fruit, mango, papaya, stone fruit, white grape, melon, subtle citrus, hay, ale yeast, earthiness and a touch of caramel malt. Slightly sweet, followed by a delicate hoppy bitterness upon swallowing.
M: Mouthfeel is smooth, tingly and dry, with lively carbonation and decent body. Perhaps just a tad watery. Mildly astringent; dries the palate. Aftertaste of fruity aromatic hops, tropical fruit, white fruits, earthiness, ale yeast and faint malt.
O: Very nice - a wonderfully fruity APA that definitely favours aroma over bitterness. Looks great, while the aroma and flavour are stuffed with exotic fruit character underpinned by earthy yeast and mild malt. Low bitterness. Decent body; could be a shade thicker. Goes down like a dream - well worth sampling if you love hops.

330ml can.
L: Pale gold with an orange core, slightly hazy, lots of micro-bubbles, thin head lasts to the end.
S: Tropical fruit and resin.
T: Follows the nose. Nicely balanced. But flavours are flat, bitterness is light and finish is very short. ‘Hoppy’ this is not.
F: Thin and lifeless. Could do with more carbonation or more body.
O: Generic APA. Looks fine, smells ok, but taste and finish are both lacking. Watery and unsatisfying.

Can poured into tulip glass.
Yet to have a bad beer from The Wild Beer Co and this is no exception. For only 4.2% ABV this is ridiculously well flavoured. Very pleasantly hopped. Eminently guzzleable. Will be stocking up on this in the summer. Cheers!

Orange color, medium haze, off-white head. Aroma has orange peel, citrusy hops with some grainy malt in the background. Taste has also grainy malt with citrusy hops, orange peel and some resin. Light body, medium to low carbonation. Overall it's a decent pale ale but quite generic.

Pours light honey coloured into a glass from a bottle. Large - two - three finger - head is frothy with poor retention. The bubbles are large and sticky and it takes a while to dissipate.
Aroma is very piney and full of sharp citrus, particularly lemon and lime. The flavour is quite bitter upfront which gives way to more grassy and hoppy citrus later on. Grapefruit, green apple, melon, and candied orange make up the body whilst the aftertaste is more biscuity with a slight of brown bread and earthy caramel amongst the fruit.
The body is light, refreshing and a little resiny. Carbonation is low. Overall quite good.
