De Zombier. En cooa Teku. Leyendo www.learnrazorpages.com. Muy plana, con las frutas (bayas y moras supuestamente), la levadura salvaje y las algas tan levemente presentes que resulta aburrida

Hmmm - all sorts of promises of 'difference' on the label, wild hedge picked berries and fruit, seaweed and all sorts of stuff.
In reality? A really odd coloured (purple) beer, light and zesty with mild sour and fruity flavours.

Pours a pretty deep burgundy, with low, fine foam.
Smell is fruity, with hints of blackberries and black currants.
Taste starts fruity with some spiciness. Soma berries join the mix, but it's all too muted. Comes out as a lager with some fruit.
Mouthfeel is thin and prickly.
Overall, a disappointment considering Side Project's involvement. Just not a very exciting beer.

On tap at Beavertown Extravaganza. Aroma is grainy with some generic fruit notes. Taste is quite clean with a light fruitiness. Overall it's too bland and lacks some flavor.
