Using a traditional Munich Hefeweizen yeast and fermenting at a high temperature, we have captured a defined banana note. The combination of the yeast flavours and the addition of raspberries is reminiscent of a fruit salad.
A high percentage of Wheat gives a weighted and silky body. The effervescent nature of this style carries the fruity aromas out of the glass for a heavenly drinking experience.

Bottle. Cloudy rose colour. Thick frothy head. Champagne like effervescence.
Aroma- raspberry Mivy to the fore. Some earthy leaf is apparent.
Tastes of unripe fruit. Slightly tart. Demi-sec.
Quite a sprightly feel.
Nicely refreshing. More fruit beer than Hefeweizen.

75cl bottle.
L: Cloudy, red/pink colour with a thin, short-lived head.
S: Raspberries and a hint of bubblegum.
T: Raspberries.
F: Moderate to high carbonation, dry, with a light body.
O: With a hefty quantity of raspberries added, this hefeweizen veers completely into fruit beer territory. It’s on the sweet side but also clean and refreshing with good carbonation. Decent early Autumn beer and would also make a fine summer aperitif (maybe even served in a champagne glass?).
