Very interesting barrel aged imperial stout : a blend of rum barrel aged, bourbon barrel aged and wine barrel aged ales. We've got the three part which might fight a bit at time but still a nice big beer. Alongside the roasted notes we can find toasty, vinous and boozy notes from the barrel ageing

Black, small head of creamy brown. Quite a lot of red wine in the smell, opens up to some good sherry as well, bourbon too. Smooth mouthfeel. Taste is sweetish with plenty of tannins. Lots of red wine, oak, some rum/bourbon. Ends dry. Very butterscotch..
