Under The Sun features a beautiful combination of modern aromatic and tropical hop flavours with a hint of vanilla, saturating a smooth bodied base. There are sweet tropical fruits with a long lasting smooth finish from using CryoPOP a newly developed cutting-edge hop blend, Yakima Chief have been able to explore beer-soluble compounds that survive the brewing process and translate hop aroma into finished beers! We've combined CryoPOP with some of our favourite hops, Sabro and Idaho 7. In all we are using more than 10g/litre of hops in this little IPA!

440ml can from Waitrose, Glasgow (£2.75):
Hazy, light golden with a 2.5cm, foamy white head that's quite thick too. Pine & lighter tropical hops, citrus & various stone fruits with a bit of grapefruit too. The taste is sweeter than the nose, lots of mango & tropical fruits with a creamy feel thanks to the coconut flavours. It's medium bodied, very smooth with not bad carbonation & a decent tang at the end.

Can Murky gold colour with a thickish frothy head which subsides to a scummy layer.
Fruity aroma with hints of pencil eraser. Porridge mixed with tropical fruits.
The taste reflects the bouquet. Subdued bitter finish.
Soft and chewy.
Great for a hot summer's day.
