This is a hidden gem for some good nano brews. This brewery has a smaller number of brews at any given time but the quality is evident from the first sip. I would say the food is average (stick to the pub fare like burgers, fish and chips and the like). But the beers warrant some attention. They do rotate a small number of options from time to time. Each of their standard offers is worthwhile. The Orange Tie-Wrap IPA is juicy and fresh and bursting with flavor. My favorites are the double IPA, the Barleywine, and the Scotch Ale (clocks in at 10.5%). Have one of each of those and you will need careful instructions on getting back to your hotel for sure.
These folks know their beer. Give the place a try, for sure.

No service, but a couple of good taps on here on a weekday lunch hour. Lots of staff who just talked among themselves and ignored us, something of a Quebec thing unfortunately.
