A: light orange. Thick, super foamy head.
S: tart. Slight vinegar. Mango.
T: light. Fruity notes followed by a small sour after taste.
M: medium-high carbonation. Light body. Crisp.
O: this is what a sour beer should taste like. Not overpowering. Crisp and clean with a hint of sourness. Does not taste like bad wine as most "good" sour beers taste. Love it.
