Purchased at Monument Liquor in Concord, California
Pour a beautiful hazy orange with a thick, long lasting pure white head. Lovely to look at.
Nose is all classic Belgian esters and just wonderful to smell - like beer perfume.
Mouth feel is medium/bold and small bubble carbonation; almost elegant; nicely balanced and inviting.
Unfortunately, the somewhat heavy handed, dull thick bitter honey (yes, that's possible!) takes away from an otherwise nice nose.
Not a bad effort and perhaps worth a try.
