A sessionable ale based upon old English pub ales served at most public houses in England. The beer is simplistic, yet delicious, and is suitable for all occasions and locales.

Pub Ale has a thick, fizzing-away, ivory head, a hazy, orange appearance, with powdery sediment, and minimal glass lacing. The aroma is of pale malt, odd orange marmalade, and another strange pungent note. The taste is of duck sauce & caramel. The body seems heavier than one should expect for a 3.7% ale, and the finish is somewhat ragged.

Very unfiltered murky body and soap sudsy head. Taste is sweet, light and easy with a nice crisp finish. Nicely balanced and packs alot of flavor for a 3.7% beer (feels around 5.5% to be honest). Slick and creamy mouthfeel. Recommend.

Pours a golden copper with a lasting head. Smells sweet with a bit of tart brightness. The taste is is toffee with a nice balancing bitterness. It has a bit of metallic flavor in the end but it doesn’t really detract from it. My first try if this style and I like it.

Poured from 12-ounce can into a straight-sided mug. The body is the color of a light, translucent caramel sauce, topped by a sudsy two-finger cream-colored head that fades away without leaving a trace. This one has an interesting flavor profile. There's definitely a Belgian thing going on, with notes reminiscent of a witbier (banana, coriander). There is also a hint of tart apple cider. A little bitter, with a dry and slightly astringent finish. This would make an excellent table beer. Nicely balanced, low ABV, very drinkable. Well done!

Pours clear Amber with quickly dissipating head.
The aroma is bready with a light fruitiness.
The flavor is very pleasant, and really well balanced. Its light and crisp, the malt is sweet bread but isn't strong enough to over power the fruitiness and the light herbal bitterness on the finish.
The mouthfeel is thin and crisp, perfect for the style.
Overall, this is my first in the style and I'm really enjoying it.

12oz can poured into a pint glass.
Pours a hazy, pale amber yet has plenty of lactic notes. I'm not sure how old this can is but clearly off. Shame, I picked this up while traveling through MS and was looking forward to a nice English Mild.

I had a sample glass at the brewery, nice amber color with a good malty smell. The taste was great malts with a nice sweetness to the flavor. It was my favorite of the ones I tried there.

Appearance is rich gold with white cap and decent lacing.
Aroma carries a scent of fresh bread and something like clean green melon.
Taste is a combination of the aromas and is malt dominant leaning toward dryness. It feels rich without any taste of sweet. Hop presence is enough to balance the malt but no more. A bit of richer malt in the aftertaste which follows a short, clean finish. The brewers told me their goal was to create a flavorful food friendly ale and in that they succeeded. Quite popular in the local restaurants and with local customers generally.
Texture is just past medium.
Overall this strikes me as truth in packaging. Brewer's description on the label is a single hop session ale brewed in the style of a mild English Pub Ale and that's what it is. Just a few flavors working harmoniously together make it more than simple but not complex. Designed as a food ale (3.76%) to complement rather than dominate a dish. I've paired it with diverse things from pot roast to spicy crawfish and it works admirably. A real all rounder and very easy to drink.
