L:. Pours a brilliant pale straw yellow and a medium foamy white head with no lacing on the glass.
S:. Pineapple, sweet orange and mango, along with other ripe tropical fruit, followed by nice pine.
T:. Nice and hoppy, with lots of ripe tropical fruit, followed by a strong piney bitterness and a touch of sweet malt. This is how you do a West Coast IPA.
F:. Smooth, medium body, higher carbonation.
O:. This is exactly how a WCIPA should be hoppy and bitter.
