Nose almost when opening a bottle of fruit juice: fruit pulp. Peach jam.
Abundant foam just poured, but evanescent: it disappears by itself in a very short time.
Orange color: fruit juice
In the mouth, very light body and very lively background carbonation.
Taste immediately of peach pulp juice (ripe yellow peach) which is replaced by a fairly astringent lactic acidity that slightly (but not completely) cleans the tongue from the enveloping fruity taste that remains vivid on the palate.
There is a slight cerealiness in the background given by the wheat.
The taste of peach is very clear but this succession of lactic and fruity astringent notes on the palate would recall a sensation of medicine from afar.
Easy to drink, but not trivial: not a masterpiece, but appreciable.
