Collaboration with Collective Arts Brewing, All In Brewing.
This is a twisted IPA with lots of hops and a full body, but also clearly marked bitterness, for a powerful mouthfeel. The beer is in the New England style, which makes it cloudy and “juicy”, with a lot of aroma and flavor.
The style is made to be drunk as fresh as possible and should therefore be kept cool and should not be stored.
"In this beer we have worked with a combination of hop varieties that give a clear character in both aroma and flavor. The amount of hops that we have
added gives a full, hoppy beer with tropical tones."
Daniel Granath, brewmaster

Copenhagen 1/12 2021. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade, Kbh. S. Usually busy can design with a painting of an Astronaut walking in murky landscape by dusk.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, fruity, fermented odor of tropical fruit mingling with more subtle tart, citric fumes. Mango, papaya. Sweet passion fruit. Hints of fermentation and decay. Grapefruit and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry with a light boozy burn.
Potent DIPA with good intensity. And according to the very detailed label it should go well with chicken and Korean Kimchi. What more could I wish for?
