A nice light grayish yellow and very turbid beer that hits so many good perfectly crafted qualities of a German wheat beer. Sweet, bready, slight hop crispness, extremely subtle strawberry in the background and full bodied yet light in ABV. BrewMaster Tom modeled this beer closely to the Brewers Alley Hefeweisen (a near perfect Hef as well), so high quality craftsmanship is in the DNA of this brew. Highly recommend.

A strange smokiness in the smell (but not in the flavor). There is a little bit of strawberry flavor but I'm not sure this is the right beer for an addition of fruit. I wouldn't order this again.
