Limited release and part of their Blank Slate series for on-site consumption at the Brewery. Pours solid black with wonderful tan / light brown head. Smell of dark malts and chocolate. No coffee in this RIS which is fine. The 90IBUs balances nearly perfectly with the malts to give it a wonderful chocolate taste without any cloying sweetness in aftertaste. Slight roast but no ashiness at all, just very well crafted in ever facet.
Highly recommend for big stout lovers. Hopefully they keep this one on their "repeat' list. Its an absolute winner.

Pours pitch black and extremely thick. An impressive 90 IBU's are covered nicely with layers of malt which provide a nice balance without becoming cloying.
