This beer is a very experimental take on the standard well done Wee-Heavy scotch ale, but done so with traditional scotch variants. Along with your usual caramel and booziness, you get some smoke and peat flavorings like from a top shelf Single Malt Scotch Whiskey. It works so well with this beer. Highly recommend.
