L: Poured from a bottle to a cylinder glass. Had a reddish-orange color and a somewhat hazy consistency. There was a thin, foamy head that quickly dissipated. Solid lacing.

S: A sharp aroma of salt, a floral quality, light fruit, wheat, and spices.

T: Tasted of a mild amount of wheat (mostly in the finish), a good shot of salt (not overdone), some citrus fruit (lemon, orange), a bit of the floral quality (the advertised hibiscus), and some coriander. This is an extremely sour / tart flavor that's lively and sweet. The hibiscus adds a unique dimension to this spry flavor. Quite tasty.

F: A whole lot of carbonation with a vibrant finish. Light-bodied.

O: An interesting and well done gose. Very much drinkable.
