Amber brew, nice off-white head with staying power. Fruity aromas fairly explode from the glass. The body is significant, a beer to be reckoned with. This was the first beer from Ship Bottom that I've tried, and it immediately made me understand this is a very capable brewer. The evolving complexity of tropical and citrus flavors highlighted by that rye bite was delicious. With a prodigious and brilliantly-disguised 11.4% ABV, this is top-notch craftmanship all the way.
