Served on tap into a snifter glass.
A- Poured a hazy golden color with a bright white soapy head that left some splashy lace.
S- Big funky hay notes, some astringency, juicy apricot and citrus notes, and belgian yeast.
T- Big funky hay notes, juicy apricot and orange citrus notes, belgian yeast, some astringency, and mild sourness.
M- Very dry, refreshing, medium body, prickly carbonation, and pretty smooth.
O- A top notch saision with great brett expression that doesn't result in overpowering sourness but a nice tartness and funkiness.
