L: Pours a pale straw yellow with large foamy head and no lacing on the glass
S: Sweet grain and toasted bread with a rather light hop. Overall, the aroma is not super strong.
T: Sweet grain and a lighter toasted bread some hop. It's an ok taste, definitely drinkable but doesn't really stand out.
F: Crisp and easy drinking.
O: It's definitely a Drinkable kolsch but it doesn't really stand out from the other kolsches.

Pint can opened today, canning date: May 8, 2025. Poured into German Pilsner glass, soap sudsy foam around 2 fingers, which melts away pretty soon. soapy lace early on, not so much later when you swirl in the glass. My first impression was this smells, tastes and feels excellent. As it warms I'm less impressed. So, serve cold and down it quickly!

Modest bar poured head which settles within five minutes to a fine layer of bubbles. Some good ring lace with spots thereafter. The liquid is light gold / dark straw with just a hint of haze.
Fresh smell of very light malt. I note some died stone fruit like apricot. Light hop as the third noteworthy aroma.
Solid malt base but with a significant hop kick in the swallow. The aftertaste is more balanced. Full bodied for the style with less carbonation than I expected. Overall, this is a hoppy version of a Kölsch. I like it but was also surprised by it.

Pours a clear light yellow with a foamy white head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of grain, grass, and earth aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, green tea, honey, and grass flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with interesting green tea and honey flavors I wasn't expecting.

Poured from 16oz tall can into a clear mug.
Appearance: light golden hue with a dash of haze and a finger of frothy white foam. Not too bad.
Smell: nicely grainy with a dash of sweetness and some floral character that lends a kind of soapiness. I actually kind of like that in the style.
Taste: even more floral and soapy than the aroma, but again, that works for me in the style. There's a little bit of yeasty character too which adds a certain unctuousness. Despite being a little messy, I like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a huge carbonation and concomitant creaminess. Love it!
Overall: this beer is highly drinkable and has a great texture. I really enjoy it.

Pale, straw colored body; thick, lasting white head; vibrant carbonation. Fruity, grape-ish aroma; grassy. Biscuit and bread crust flavor; mellow hop bitterness at the finish. Medium-light body; crisp and dry.
A very nice German ale with just the right touch of balance and depth. Overall, it delivers a mildly warm, toasted cereal malt flavor with a hint of yeast fruitiness and a smooth, refreshing hop bitterness.
