Deep amber appearance with white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is a very flavorful fresh hop. Taste is a very pleasant fresh hop that has no bitterness.

Tried this on tap at Growler Nation the other day. While pretty tasty, for some reason my recollection is that this was a better beer last year. There's still plenty of lovely wet hop simcoe flavor on the nose, but I thought the beer was just a bit lacking on the palate. It was still quite good, but the flavor profile seemed just a bit light and thin to me. Alcohol is well integrated into the flavor profile, and drinkability is pretty good.
Still a fine beer, but at least this year, I prefer the Mosaic hop version of this beer.

This is a good IPA, but not a good fresh hop IPA. The freeze-dry gimmack has (as they desired) removed the fresh hop aspects from the beer.
