750ml bottle from the brewery, B-sides No. 6 was poured into a large St. Feuillien goblet, appearing gold with a small white collar.
Smell is bright and fruity, the citra hops play nicely with the fruity esters, clean with just a little over-ripe fruit funk.
Taste is similar, this is a clean lacto / citrus / fruity yeast flavored pale ale that has satisfyingly ephemeral depth of flavor. Clean finish.
Mouthfeel is medium light, off-dry.
Drinkability is high, flavorful and quenching, a textbook kettle sour.
