Canned 9/14 and rated 10/1. Brewed with fresh, whole cone Mosaic hopsA hazy pour with some floaties. Thick head, plentiful floral aromas. Very smooth but serious hop flavor lingering well into the finish. Very refreshing and medium dry body. Taste is muted herbal and hints of stone fruit.

If you like what rough beast, you'll probably like this as well (as this seems to be essentially the FH version of rough beast).
The beer pours a hazy golden amber color with very good head retention and lacing. The nose is fabulous in this beer, as I pick up considerable tropical fruit, dank earth, a hint of watermelon and green tobacco and considerable citrus. The flavor profile replicates the nose pretty closely, with some light bitterness on the finish to buoy all the citrus and tropical fruit. The finish is very clean and dry otherwise, and drinkability is just off the charts. There's not an off note anywhere in this "very light on its feet" IPA.
Fabulous stuff. Really wish this was around all the time, as this is just delicious.
