Bomber from Boise Co-op. Hazy, pale golden, small bubbly head. Aroma is grapefruit peel, lemon, light pine notes. Taste brings soft citrus flavors, gentle tart, bitter notes. More like a citrusy APA.

22 oz. Bomber
Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice hazy dark golden orangey color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creay one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, peach), piney. The taste is pretty nice, hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, grapefruit, mango, peach), nice pineyness. Medium body, ABV is hidden nicely, with a nice dry/bitter finish. Overall, a pretty tasty brew.

Bottle poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewing Co pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden orange amber with a frothy light tan head that settles to a firm layer and laces quite nicely.
S: Mix of ripe citrus with tropical and stone fruit, a touch of pine, slightly toasty biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Fruity, peach and apricot lead the way, followed by a mix of pineapple, papaya, passion fruit, pear, and candied melon, some citrus, orange, red grapefruit, and lemon, underlying spicy pine and dank earthy herbal notes, slightly toasty biscuity bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly soft on the palate.
O: Grabbed this bottle at their tap room as I passed through last week, not realizing it was pushing 3 months old. Oh well. Still tasting quite nice. Definitely gonna keep my eyes out for a fresh bottle the next time they brew it.
