Bright hoppy taste. Good IPA, not what I would except from Breakside, because I've really loved all the other beers from them. I was excepting better. Rated 9-18-2018

Bomber from Hops & Bottles. Medium golden pour with thin cap of head. Aroma is citrus peel and caramel. Taste is more of the citrus, with some sweet malts coming in behind the initial citric bite. Lingering bitterness.

a pretty sturdy hazy ipa here, thicker than others i have had from these guys, but super fresh from the tap and a nice sipper to start the weekend, even if drinking three of them would be approaching too much. its very cloudy and even almost tinted the lightest green, under a tall white head, and with enough carbonation to keep it from being too dense. the aroma and flavor are great, assertively dry hopped for sure, but also with some bitterness, more than a lot of these have, and quite distinct on the hop profile too. ripe pineapple, bitter green tea, juniper berry, passion fruit, and melon. its got some light spiciness to it as well, which makes it last longer on the palate than many, but the fresh fruitiness comes with it, and the whole thing has a ton of flavor late. i get pineapple candy, orange rind, and lemongrass too, and a lot of starch from the grain under it, which gets a little big as it warms, but supports and obviously extends the hops well. some grassiness with the bitter on the swallow, a robust freshness to the whole thing, and even just a bit of yeast left in here, which i like in new school ipa sometimes. overall another well done hoppy beer from breakside, who always hits in these styles. not as drinkable as i thought it would be, but packed with dry hopped goodness. right on trend.

22oz bottle picked up at Stogies & Hops in Lynnwood/Mill Creek, Washington. Poured in to a pint glass, no BB date.
Look- Hazy amber with a decent head and decent retention.
Smell- Non-descript citrus, caramel and malt.
Taste- Assorted citrus and a tiny bit of tropical fruit, followed by a piney bitterness.
Feel- Medium body and carbonation.
Overall- One of the lesser offerings from Breakside imo, but still delicious.

Picked-up a bomber at Long Ridge Wine & Spirits for seven dollars. Have had one brew from these guys before. Solid, if not spectacular brew, would get again.

Bottle poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewing Co pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy light khaki head that settles to a nice layer and laces well.
S: Citrus, spicy resinous pine, tropical fruit, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, passion fruit, peach, and apricot, resinous pine, citrus, grapefruit, lemon, and tangerine, a bit of spice, faint bubble gum, slightly toasty biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: I'm diggin' this one. Lots of great flavor, but still a nice hop bite.

The label says hazy, but it pours a clear dark amber. There is long-lasting foam in the IPA glass. Pleasant aroma of grapefruit with a touch of orange blossom. Hops are listed as Chinook, Mosaic, and Simcoe. Lively carbonation and rather acidic.
Some sweet malt to start. Some mango in the nose along with lime peel. Flavor of orange peel plus resins and It's rather bitter, which lingers in the aftertaste. It's actually a pretty good IPA, though deeply hopped to hell and back. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station in Washington.
