On tap at Breakside Brewing
A: Pours nearly black with a frothy khaki head that settles to a thin layer and leaves some light lacing.
S: Roasty, lots of chocolate, dark sugar, maple, vanilla, a hint of smooth bourbon, and some light earthy notes to round it out.
T: Roasty, big dark and milk chocolate, vanilla, dark sugar, maple, toffee, a touch of smooth bourbon, slightly earthy, and a light touch of oak.
M: Full body, mild carbonation, creamy smooth, alcohol is totally hidden.
O: Probably the smoothest big imperial stout I've ever had. Absolutely delicious.
