Galaxy and Mosaic hops are balanced out with a light maltiness, resulting in a lager-like beer that is contemporary in its very light hop flavor sans heavy bitterness. Edmunds continued, “This is the kind of beer you want at the end of hike, after a day skiing, or while relaxing with friends after work.” The brewing team’s hope? That True Gold will bring back memories of falling in love with craft beer.

It pours a golden amber with minimal head and a lite mouthfeel. Taste is hoppy, but not overly so, with a nice crisp malt taste and a sparkling hop body. It's a very decent beer and worth a try. Rated 2-6-2022

Only OK for a golden ale. Significantly skunky, hoppy taste. Color is OK but dark and reddish. Drinkable. Otherwise unremarkable.

12 oz can from a 6 pack bought at Grocery Outlet in Veneta OR.
$8.99 ( 6).
Pours the regulation crystal clear light golden body, with a lovely large frothy white head. Great lace.
Aroma honeyish malts and floral hops. Pretty simples.
Taste is very balanced and not too sweet, nice long bitterness in the end.
LOvely easy to drink mouth feel. Finishes semi dry.
Really good clean summer beer.

12oz bottle from the Boise Co-op. Pours out a bright golden color, one finger head fades down to a thin white skin. Aroma is malty and bready with just a hint of citrus. Taste is similar more malts, but this time with a hint of caramel. Super smooth. Really tasty.

Hoppy Pils meets golden ale. Sweet with a touch of bitterness, easy to drink, wonderful beer. Cheers.

a slightly hoppy full flavored blonde or golden ale here, that while drinkable as can be, also has a little more going on to it than is standard for the style. mosaic hops really define this one for me, classic in the way they present themselves both in the nose and the taste of this, familiar now, but fresh and fruity in this beer. the yeast is flavorless but the beer is dry and almost crisp, keeping it feeling plenty light even though there is some grain flavor and body here, a honey note to it, a shade richer and more complex than is common, and a nice balance to the mosaic hops. bitterness is really low and carbonation is really high, there is a dry hopped profile to the hops and a liveliness to the feel. almost a session ipa, they probably could have called it that, although the balance between the grain and the hops is different, and its all a bit more relaxed than anything called ipa ever seems to be. this should appeal to a really wide range of beer drinkers and seems just right for summer activities. i am sure this will sell well for them. a flavorful easy drinker.
