Canned 8/22/19
I found this and enjoyed it within a month of canning. First thing I noted after cracking it open was the aroma. Pow! Big, dank, inviting. Wow!
Crisp, with a zippy effervescence that snaps.
Pours clear, west coast style.
Correction: brut ipa style. Had no idea this was a rotating serious until I spent some time contemplating the beer and reading the can. This was fantastic. And restored my faith in brut ipas.

Not sure what category this falls under but I don’t really care. Maybe it’s because this was canned 18 days ago, but it is delicious and refreshing. Highly recommend.

I had this on-tap in a mug at Special Brews in Lynnwood, WA.
Appearance: pale orange hue with a little touch of haze and a moderate effervescence. Head is a thin layer of frothy ivory foam.
Smell: fruity hop aroma with just a hint of dank character and a mild malt base. It's subtle, but I rather like it.
Taste: fruity, berry-like hop flavor with a light malt character. There's also that little hint of dank hops present, as well as a little sharp bite of bitterness at the end. I dig it.
Mouthfeel: light body with a big, fizzy carbonation. It actually rather works for me.
Overall: this is a seriously refreshing IPA. I could see where you might call it a pale, but it definitely has the bitterness chops for an IPA.

Technically a Brut IPA, but drinks more like a pale. Nice graininess to it and a light enough feel, though lacks the superior crispness. Floral and bright nonetheless. Cheers.
