Pours thick as oil with little head. Sweet boozy scent leads into an upfront bourbon taste finishing with the marshmallow cacao sweetness. Dense mouthfeel perfect for a dessert type stout. This is fantastic.

The beer pours a pretty dark brown color with fairly good head retention and light lacing. On the nose, there's plenty of dark chocolate and vanilla, along with some marshmallow and light smoke. If anything the flavor profile is even better, with a boatload of dark chocolate and vanilla, along with some light bourbon and marshmallow. It's a bit sweet, but the bourbon helps to balance the sweetness and keeps it from becoming over the top. Mouthfeel is medium bodied to full, with a long finish. Alcohol is well integrated into the flavor profile, and drinkability us surprisingly good.
Another winner from Breakside, and a surprisingly drinkable beer considering the sweetness and abv. Pretty impressive.

Very dark appearance with slight tan head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is a mild bourbon and malt. Taste is a slightly sweet very smooth bourbon and malt with a touch of marshmallow.
