Our 5th out of state collaboration is with Fat Heads Brewery out of Cleveland, OH. Morning Dew is a wheat-laden "strong single" IPA that uses a mix of traditional and cryo-hop pellets. This beer is a cornucopia of fruit flavors.

Bomber from Hops & Bottles. Hazy golden with a persistent fine head. Aroma is citrusy, geapefruit, peel. Taste sticks to the NEIPA basics , nothing out of the ordinary, but is still a great example of the style.

22oz bottle served in the Persist Responsibly pint glass. Pours super hazy, like a soft serve grapefruit milkshake. Ample white head as well. Bright fruity aroma of grapefruit and juice. As expected, flavor is all about citrus juice, with just a very delicate edge of bitterness. An excellent example of NE IPA. It can't touch Dream Pop!, but it comes close.

awesome hazy ipa here, nice and fresh, distinctive on the hop profile, and affordable as well, a collaboration with fat heads, and overall an excellent beer, i liked this a lot, we all did. looks a little murky and milky, some more sediment towards the bottom of the bomber too, but the head is high and white and there still seems to be plenty of carbonation activity. im not sure what the hops are in this, but they have a distinct berry quality to them, to me strawberry and even a hint of vanilla, notes ive gotten from barbe rouge hops before, but i cant call that here. the hops start early and come on strong too, which suggests cryo hops or lupulin powder or something more than conventional pellets, the early climax is awesome, especially because it doesnt really fade. ripe strawberries and even red currants, green grapes, tangerine, really juicy and bright, but at the same time bringing just a little bit of bitterness for balance as well. i get some mild sweetness from the grain, starchy feeling and cereal tasting too, a tad heavier maybe than it needs to be, but it doesnt even come close to overwhelming or canceling the hops. papaya, meyer lemon, and green tea notes finish this off, a little filling maybe with the grain weight, but great depth of flavor and a very pillowy mouthfeel, great beer overall, no surprise that these two getting together would yield something hoppy and delicious. great value here too! this series has been great.
