Noble Pils is one of several versions of a Bohemian, or Czech-style Pilsner, that we make. It has been a popular draft mainstay at our Slabtown pub for the last few years, and we’re excited to scale it up!

Crystal clear golden color, with a soapy white head. Good retention and lacing.

Huge aroma of skunk weed, freshly chopped cabbage, cilantro, and bell pepper. Very herbal and spicy.

Flavors of skunk cabbage, fresh chopped cabbage, cilantro, kale, and bell pepper. Beneath it lies lightly toasted rustic brown bread crust. Mild bitterness leads into a crisp finish.

Medium-ish mouthfeel, moderate carbonation, super clean and thirst-inducing. Neither dry nor sweet; perfect in the middle.

A very good pilsner. I wish it were just slightly more bitter or dry, but otherwise it's essentially perfect.

Perfectly clear amber brew with plenty of foam in the Brigand chalice. Brewed with Hallertau Mittelfrüh hop. Truly aromatic. Moderate bitterness as the aromatics linger. Crisp and tangy mouthfeel. Warm malty flavors with a spicy note. Bread and herbs.

This is really an outstanding Pilsner-style brew. Hops are maybe a little overwhelming, but it's quite an experience. Endless nose of herbs and fesh straw with lemon and a hint of carnations. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 01/04/22.

Floral and dry, but enough malt sweetness to balance it out. Light and easy drinking. If you miss Sam Adams' Noble Pils, this is for you!

16oz can at Brewers Haven. Clean, golden pour with a nice white, foamy head. Grassy, malty aroma and taste. Great in it's simplicity. Tasty, crisp, full

Clear golden body, freshly baked bread, floral and mild herbal bite, classic noble hop presence layered within a solid smooth biscuit backbone. Lighter medium bodied, good carb, crushable. A great lager for the relative price in Portland

Canned on Feb 18th, rated on March 9th. Pale amber, light head, indistinct aroma. Clear and sparkling. A fairly dominating hop profile on the front, good malt on the tongue after. Carbonation is low for a pilsner and the mouthfeel is a little on the heavy side. This would be better with a corned beef sandwich on rye and some German potato salad.
