*2021 Version with Centennial cops
Look: Semi-clear dark yellow with a frothy white head that pillows up and craters, leaving sticky lacing all around the rim of the glass
Aroma: Fresh cut grass, lemon and lime zest, mixed berries – strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries, Cara Cara oranges, and some malt
Taste: Citrus fruits hit hard out of the gate with a barrage of fresh cut oranges, lemons, tangerines, grapefruit, and lime. As that settles, berries and some grassy notes pick up steam before citrus again grabs the reigns and closes it out, along with a bite
Mouthfeel: Full, slick, medium-high carbonation, and a lightly dry finish
Overall: This is damn good, even at almost two weeks old. The fresh hop version of Stay West has eluded me for years so stoked to finally get some and it was worth it. A ton of fresh hop character throughout only makes this already great WCIPA even better. Highly recommended and can’t wait to crush the rest of the 4pk

Canned 8/18. Light amber pour, tight but thin head. Very floral to the nose. Crisp taste right off the bat, then longer finish with lingering bitterness. A very good example of a FH IPA from one of out best breweries.

Can from ABV.
A clear yellow with a dense white head with good retention and lacing this looks great. The nose is solid. Fresh hops coupled with dank and fruity hops with melon, peach and citrus. Minimal malt. The palate opens bitter and dank with weed, fresh hops , oily, resiny. This is followed by a fruity blend of clementine, orange, peach and melon. Drying, bitter finish, clean with a nice fresh hop flavor. Yum.

16 oz. can purchased from Westside Taphouse in West Salem OR.
$6
2 weeks old.
NIce clear deep golden beer with a lovely rocky/foamy large white head..gorgeous lace.
Lovely fresh leafy and citrus hop aromas..fresh squeezed lemon juice and orange pith,A little dankness in the undertow.
Taste similar..this has loads of fresh hop cones..but it is not overly bitter just very flavorful.
Very good smooth yet well carbonated mouth feel..delicious stuff.
Good FH..notes: i found it even better straight from the can!
