Had on tap. Clear bubbly bright golden body with a full eggshell white head. It smells like white bread that just came out of the oven, spelt lead grains accent wonderfully with light old world hops. Taste takes it a step further, it is a baguette in beer form, with the rustic grains, dash of lemon peel, grass and earthy hops kissing the finish. Never have had a french pilsner like it! Feel is bright, carbonation is high for style, super bready and grainy feeling but in a nuance way, finish is muted though. The wife loved it
