Crystal Hop 2021.
Unfiltered golden yellow body. Crisp grapefruit and big floral notes. Leafy. Caramel backbone for balance. Finished with big leafy, herbal notes that isn’t what I would call dank, but fresh. Medium bodied, good carbonation. Moderate bitterness, good

Pours a lightly (chill haze) golden with white head. There's kind of a pine sap citrusy aroma. It's dry with with a subtle sweetness, pine and oily citrus resin characterize it the most. Super drinkable. As this is a single hop (Crystal), it is a bit lacking in depth. This is fine.

2021 version, can from The Beermongers.
A clear golden with a dense white head with good retention and lacing, this looks solid. The nose is sweeter and boozier than ideal, with alcohol and a mild sugary malt character present. The fresh hop character is interesting, a blend of melon, perfume and peach, along with citrus. The palate opens mildly bitter with pine and citrus followed by the fresh hop notes that are perfumey and fruity. Mildly sweet and bitter on the finish. Medium in body and softly carbonated. Solid.
